Take the Guesswork Out of Deciding What Exercises to Do With 12 Months of Complete Workouts
*New Challenge for 2026*
This year will be the best year yet - read the details below.
This year, I am introducing a new format. Following the incredible feedback and engagement from the 21-Day Fit, Focused, and Fierce Challenge, I will be offering 1–2 focused exercises each week. This pace will give you time to train with intention, absorb the information, and submit videos of your progress for personalized review.
If you are accustomed to my traditional monthly fitness class and prefer working through an entire workout at once, you may choose to begin each month when Week 4 is released. At that point, you’ll have access to the full set of Weeks 1–4, which together create a complete, balanced fitness plan. For many teams, receiving everything at once can be overwhelming, so this year’s structure breaks the content into manageable, progressive steps.
If you often find yourself unsure which exercises to choose or whether you’re performing them correctly, this class is designed for you. Think of it as a guided workout program—similar to a fitness DVD—but created specifically for your dog, with expert instruction, clear demonstrations, and additional guidance to help keep your canine partner strong, confident, and injury-resistant.
This class will help you understand what a balanced exercise program looks like and how to help your dog achieve a higher level of fitness.

Example of Student Feedback
"I really enjoyed the fitness monthly particularly over the winter months. It gives me focus in doing fitness training and encourages me to teach my dogs different exercises. The Loom feedback is amazing and it is great to watch feedback for other people as well. I thoroughly recommend this course."

What Level are the Exercises?
This course will have beginner to advanced exercises with most falling in the intermediate to advanced level. This class will focus specifically on the exercises taught and I will answer questions about the foundation behaviors needed. If you are new to canine fitness, you can work on the foundation skills and down grade the level of difficulty using stable props. I will not be teaching all the foundation movements in this class but I will provide support and training suggestions (see suggested pre-requisites).
Suggested Pre-requisites
☆ Targeting skills will improve the communication between you and your dog and decrease the time spent to complete canine fitness exercises.
☆ You can train targeting and foundation skills as the exercises are offered in class and work toward the exercise presented once your dog has an understanding of each skill or movement.
Possible Equipment
Recommending equipment is a challenge due to the different sizes and breeds of dogs. Learning to make adjustments for your dog and substituting equipment is important to supporting your dogs canine fitness journey. Don't worry, I will be there to help with suggestions
